Job Description

• Contact customers, provide quotes, negotiate, close sales, and follow up on the signing of service contracts for transportation/importing goods/Import agency.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Be proactive and diligent in work, ensuring revenue targets set by the company are met.
• Actively seek new customers to provide quotes and engage in customer care.
• Collaborate with other employees and departments to develop services based on customer needs.
• Statistics and update sales data.
• Monitor payment timelines and any issues arising during the execution of tasks.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from vocational school, college, or university, preferably in economics, business administration, marketing, commerce, etc.
• Candidates with experience in logistics sales, online business, and ordering from 1688, Taobao are an advantage.
• Good communication skills and customer care.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, sensitive, flexible, and understanding of customer psychology.
• Quick-thinking and ability to handle situations flexibly.
• Proficient in office software.
• Communication in Chinese is an advantage.
