ATW Skylink is a joint venture between Dabin Energy Solutions, which brings extensive EPC experience in Vietnam, and ATW Investasi Selaras, an investment company with significant experience in Indonesia.

The launch marks the company’s entry into Vietnam’s rapidly growing energy market and highlights its ambition to support the country’s expanding industrial sector with solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) solutions.

A key highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Huawei Technologies Vietnam, ATW Skylink, and Dabin Energy Solutions to establish a framework for collaboration on the development and deployment of solar and energy storage projects across Vietnam. Through this partnership, the companies aim to combine advanced technology, project development expertise, and market access to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy solutions among industrial and commercial customers.

Another agreement signed during the event formalized cooperation between Dabin Energy Solutions and SoluM, a member of Korea’s SoluM Group, to explore innovative battery energy storage system technologies that can support renewable energy integration and enhance energy reliability for industrial users.

The event also marked the signing of a 4 MWp rooftop solar project with Jungwoo Vina, representing one of ATW Skylink’s first flagship projects in Vietnam and signaling growing demand for renewable energy solutions among manufacturers operating in the country.

Supporting Industrial Growth and Energy Transition

Vietnam has emerged as one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic manufacturing hubs, attracting significant investment from international companies, particularly from South Korea. ATW Skylink’s entry into the market reflects growing demand from industrial clients seeking reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable energy solutions to support their operations.

Speaking at the launch event, Antonius Weno, Chairman of ATW Group, emphasized the importance of collaboration in driving the next phase of energy development in Vietnam.
